The challenge

During the past few years, we have seen society change. Nowadays, a lot of people still leave in unsuitable homes for their needs and incomes because the housing market has not yet adapted to the large societal and demographic changes such as the increasing demand for single person households combined with the scarcity of land.

The solution

Therefore, Tiny community tackles these issues by providing modular housing that can be transported, assembled and adapted relatively fast to different contexts and needs. Unused lands, which are forgotten or waiting to receive a permit can be temporarily used to house people comfortably even in the tightest urban or suburban places.
