The challenge

The effects of training sessions firemen have every once in a while, do not have a big impact, because of bad evaluation afterwards. Due to lack of motivation, and not feeling heard by the management, the feedback does not end up in the right place, and the effect of the training will be minimal.

The solution

We have developed a track and trace system for evaluating the training sessions so the feedback will end up in the right place, for the right person to look after. The system will make the evaluation easier and faster for the firemen, and will improve the effect of the training session.
